The Tartan Soul Award is presented annually to one career staff member who best represents any or all of the four Tartan Soul criteria areas ( excellence, accountability, integrity, respect). 

Winners will be chosen by the Recognition Committee along with the Staff Assembly Executive Board. The Winners/runners-up will be announced at our Spring General meeting. Award recipients will be celebrated for their contributions at the Chancellor's Residence.

Who is Eligible?

Eligibility extends to any career staff member in good standing and not on probation.

Selection Process

Individuals must be nominated for the award. The Staff Assembly Recognition Committee and the Staff Assembly Executive Board will review applications and determine the winner.

Presentation

Winners will be chosen by the Recognition Committee along with the Staff Assembly Executive Board. The winners/runners-up will be announced at a later date. Award recipients will be celebrated for their contributions at a later date.
