UCR Staff Assembly is hosting the annual Community Partner Fair (CPF) on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the University of California, Riverside beneath the Tomás Rivera Library arches.

This event is a great avenue for supporting the development and growth of business enterprise through sharing information about your organization or business with our campus. Participation in the fair provides community partners with an opportunity to connect with individuals in more than 200 UCR departments who purchase more than 200 million dollars annually in products and services. Additionally, the staff, faculty, and students who attend CPF are encouraged to patronize the representing businesses.

With funds raised through events like the Community Partner Fair, the UCR Staff Assembly promotes the interests and welfare of all staff and offers scholarships for career enhancement and professional growth.

You can register and pay with credit card through our Eventbrite page. Or if you prefer, you can complete and send this PDF form along with a check for your registration fee by mail before the earlybird registration deadline of August 23, 2023. (Please note that registration fees will increase after August 23.) 2023 Community Partner Fair is Wednesday, September 20, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Becoming a Vendor at Community Partner Fair


Vendors from the community as well as UCR Campus Departments are welcome to sign up for Community Partner Fair and seize the opportunity to expand your client base and reach new customers.

  • $400 through August 23
  • $450 after August 23
  • $500 for premium spaces (only four available)
Benefits of Participating in Community Partner Fair include:
  • Name recognition on the CPF section of the UCR Staff Assembly website for one year.
  • 8’ x 8’ outdoor space at the Rivera Arches – space includes table and 2 chairs. Vendors must provide their own table linens.
  • Name recognition on the vendor passport that each attendee receives.
  • Continental breakfast and buffet lunch for two (2) – additional meals can be purchased.
  • Two (2) parking passes for company representative(s).
  • Opportunities to distribute product information to more than 450 attendees.
