UCR Staff Assembly's annual Community Partner Fair (CPF), which was held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 21 p.m. at the University of California, Riverside Highlander Union Building (HUB) Room 302.

Ignite your business growth at UCR Staff Assembly's annual Community Partner Fair (CPF). This event provides the perfect platform to showcase your organization or business to the dynamic UCR community. By participating in CPF, you allow the opportunity to gain access to a network of over 200+ campus departments, representing a substantial annual purchasing power of 200 million dollars in products and services. Additionally, we actively encourage the staff, faculty, and students who attend the CPF to explore and support businesses like yours!

By participating in events like the Community Partner Fair, you contribute to a vital mission: supporting the UCR Staff Assembly in its efforts to enhance the careers and well-being of all staff members through scholarships and other valuable programs.

You can register and pay with a credit card through the eventbrite link below. Or if you prefer, you can complete and send this PDF form along with a check for your registration fee by mail before the earlybird registration deadline of July 17, 2026. (Please note that registration fees will increase after July 17.)

Become a Vendor at the Community Partner Fair

Vendors from the community as well as UCR Campus Departments are welcome to sign up for the Community Partner Fair and seize the opportunity to expand your client base and reach new customers.

$450 through July 17, 2026
$500 from July 18 until August 13, 2026
$550 for premium spaces (only five available)

Benefits of Participating in Community Partner Fair include:

Name recognition on the CPF section of the UCR Staff Assembly website for one year.
8’ x 8’ indoor space at the Highlander Union Building – space includes one 6' table and 2 chairs. Vendors must provide their own table linens.
Name recognition on the vendor passport that each attendee receives.
Continental breakfast and box lunch for two (2) – additional meals can be purchased.
Two (2) parking passes for company representative(s). Parking will be in Lot 1 BLUE.
Opportunities to distribute product information to more than 500 attendees.
Complimentary wireless internet access.

All vendors are required to donate a door prize that promotes your company for our raffle.
