Awards and Recognition Programs
Providing Opportunities for Staff Recognition
The UCR Staff Assembly recognizes the valuable contributions of staff members by sponsoring staff recognition programs such as the Service Awards, Get Recognized Peer Recognition Program, and Outstanding Staff Awards.
Service Awards
Service Awards are presented in five-year increments at the Quarterly General Meetings. They are presented by the Staff Assembly in partnership with the Office of the Chancellor.
Get Recognized Peer Recognition Program
Get Recognized honors full-time, career staff members who have gone above and beyond in their respective jobs. Individuals are nominated by their peers and selected by the Staff Assembly Recognition Committee.
Outstanding Staff Awards
The Outstanding Staff Awards are presented every year at the Annual Staff Recognition Awards Ceremony, typically held at the end of the Spring Quarter. Individuals are nominated by their peers in one of five different categories.
